Installation of Meters. Gas will be measured by a meter or meters to be installed by the Company upon the customer's premises at an agreed upon point convenient for the Company's service. Meters for new single-family residences are to be located outside the residence.
Installation of Meters. Meters shall be installed in accordance with the following:
(a) The water department shall not be held liable for any damage to piping where the meters are screwed directly into the piping. The proper meter gap shall be brought out for a meter installation, including the tailpieces provided with the meter.
(b) Consumers or property owners where meters are located within the building shall not cover the meters or place obstructions that may prevent convenient access to the meter by water department employees to read or make repairs. Property owners shall provide a proper well or pit suitable and sufficient to accommodate the installation of outside water meters at their own expense.
(c) All new buildings shall be equipped with outside meter reading devices, which shall be installed at the expense of the water department.
Installation of Meters. KPC replace and install, at each residential or commercial location at which GLSSWD provides service, a meter to measure the sewer usage amounts of each residential or commercial account. All costs of purchasing, installing and maintaining the meters will be paid by KPC and all meters and any other equipment installed by KPC will remain the property of KPC.
Installation of Meters. At the Tenant's request and expense, the Landlord shall install, at locations appropriate for such purposes, devices to measure temperature and humidity within the Leased Premises, and separate meters or sub-meters for measuring the amount of electricity, water, chilled water, fuel, gas, steam or other material supplied to the Leased Premises. If as a result of such metering there is a material discrepancy between the actual consumption values and the values allocated by the Landlord to the Tenant as the Tenant's Share of the such components of the Complex Operating Costs for the Accounting Period in question, the Landlord shall, within ninety (90) days thereof, adjust the Tenant's Share of such components of the Complex Operating Costs to reflect such actual consumption values. If the actual consumption values determined by such metering are not material, the adjustments to reflect the metered data shall not be made until the next Accounting Period.
Installation of Meters. The Landlord reserves the right to install meters to check the Tenant's consumption of electricity, water, gas or other utilities and services. The Landlord may charge to the Tenant the reasonable costs of installing such meters, or may require that the Tenant install such meters at the Tenant’s expense.
Installation of Meters. The Servicer shall furnish and install the meter or meters to measure the electricity used by the Customer in accordance with the provisions of the Service Classification applicable to the service. Such meter or meters shall be installed on the Customer’s side of the point of supply.
Installation of Meters. Throughout the Effective Term, the Owner shall provide for the operation and maintenance of such measuring equipment, devices and materials (“Measuring Equipment”) as are required to measure Electricity delivered to the Buyer, all in accordance with Good Operating Practice, all applicable Laws (unless the Owner is relieved of some or all of its obligations pursuant to any Law by the Governmental Authority responsible for the administration of such Law) and as reasonably approved by the Buyer. The location of such Measuring Equipment will be as shown on the diagrams in Schedule A or such other place as reasonably determined by the Owner, from time to time, after notice to the Buyer. All meters shall be sealed in an approved fashion by the Owner. The Owner shall give the Buyer reasonable notice of, and the Buyer shall have the right to observe, any such application of seals. No seals shall be applied in the absence of the Buyer unless the aforesaid reasonable notice has been given to the Buyer.

Installation of Meters. 5.3.1. Each Plant Site shall arrange for installation of any additional meters required for purposes of establishing the quantities consumed needed to determine the Price under the Exhibits hereto, which shall be installed at appropriate locations. The expense of such installation shall be shared equally by Geon and BFG. The operation of such meters shall be consistent with contemporary industry standards and practices for the accurate measurement of the particular Service in question.
5.3.2. At reasonable intervals, the Parties shall calibrate and test such meters and instruments. The expense of such calibration and testing will be shared proportionally; except for the expense of such calibration and testing on meters installed on Dedicated Lines and Facilities, which will be for the expense of the owner.
5.3.3. The Party not reading a meter shall have the right to be present for such reading and a copy of such meter reading, shall be supplied.
5.3.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason the meter is out of service, out of repair or is found registering inaccurately (off by more than plus or minus two percent (2%)) and the duration of the error is not determinable by ordinary tests, so that the quantity of the particular Service in question delivered through such meter cannot be ascertained or computed from the reading thereof, the quantity of the particular Service in question delivered during the period the meter is out of service, out of repair or is found to be registering inaccurately, shall be estimated and agreed upon by the parties hereto upon the basis of the best available data, using the first of the following methods which is feasible:
(a) By correcting the error if the percentage of error is ascertainable by calibration, special test, or mathematical calculation; or
Installation of Meters. 9.1 The resident agrees to pay for all charges in connection with the installation of meters to measure the supply of water, electricity or gas where the residential site is to be individually metered.
