Common use of Accrued Bonus Clause in Contracts

Accrued Bonus. The Company shall pay Employee an amount equal to the pro rata amount of the annual bonus accrued under the Company’s executive officer bonus plan, if any, for the portion of the year prior to the Date of Termination.

Accrued Bonus. The Company shall pay Employee you an amount equal to the pro rata amount of the annual bonus accrued under the Company’s executive officer bonus plan, if any, Executive Bonus Plan for the portion of the year prior to the Date of Termination.
