Common use of Accrued Rights; Survival Clause in Contracts

Accrued Rights; Survival. Termination of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to any rights which shall have accrued to the benefit of either Party prior to such termination. Such termination shall not relieve either Party from obligations including those under the following provisions which shall survive termination of this Agreement, Sections 2.1(c) and (d), 3.6(b), (c), and (e), 4.7(d) and (d), 8, 9, 10.1, 11, 12.1, 12.8 and 12.17, or any other obligations which are expressly indicated to survive termination of this Agreement.”
