Termination Expiration or expiration termination of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to any rights that right which shall have accrued to the benefit of a either Party prior to such termination, including damages arising from any breach under this Agreement and shall not preclude either Party from pursuing any remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity which accrued or are based upon any event occurring prior to such termination or expiration.
