Common use of Accrued Vacation Payment Clause in Contracts

Accrued Vacation Payment. Upon becoming eligible for Long-term Disability Insurance benefits, and upon being granted a leave of absence without pay for a period appropriate to the time necessary to determine an employee’s ability to completely recover, the City will pay, at the request of the employee, any accrued vacation time for which the employee qualifies.
