Common use of Accuracy and Review of Client Content Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Review of Client Content. Client assumes sole responsibility for: (a) acquiring any authorization(s) necessary for hypertext links to third-party Web sites; and (b) the accuracy of materials provided to Fry, including, without limitation, Client Content, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees, nature of business, and address where business is conducted; and (c) ensuring that the Client Content does not infringe or violate any right of any third party.

Accuracy and Review of Client Content.
