Accuracy and Survival of Representations. Each representation and warranty of Purchaser contained herein and all information furnished by Purchaser to Seller is true, correct, and complete in all respects. All representations and warranties set forth above will be true, correct and complete in all respects on and as of the date of the transfer of the Cartoon Stock by Seller to Purchaser, as if made on and as of such date and shall survive such transfer.
