Common use of Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through and Access to DV Platform Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through and Access to DV Platform. All information provided by Vanguard to the Agent through the DV Platform and pursuant to this Agreement will be accurate and complete. Vanguard will adopt, implement and maintain procedures reasonably designed to ensure the accuracy of all transmissions through the DV Platform, and to limit the access to, and the inputting of data into, the DV Platform to persons specifically authorized by Vanguard.
