Accurate Information. Firm Participant warrants that the Subscribers have used and will use reasonable care to ascertain the accuracy of the Participant Contribution and its compliance with all laws. Firm Participant shall ensure that any changes to the Participant Contribution are made on the MARIS System within such time as MARIS shall provide in the MARIS Policies. Pursuant to the MARIS Policies, Firm Participant shall provide to MARIS all documentation MARIS requests of Firm Participant to ascertain Firm Participant’s compliance with this Agreement.
