Accurate, Up-to-Date Information. Platinum Advisor agrees to provide Concur with accurate information about Platinum Advisor and its promotional methods and to maintain up-to-date “account” information (such as contact information, payment address, websites used, etc.). In its Program accounts, Platinum Advisor must accurately, clearly and completely describe all promotional methods by selecting the appropriate descriptions and providing additional information when necessary.

Accurate, Up-to-Date Information. You agree to provide CJ and Advertiser with accurate information about You and Your promotional methods, and to maintain up-to-date “Account” information (such as contact information, Web sites used, etc.). In Your Account, You must accurately, clearly and completely describe all promotional methods by selecting the appropriate descriptions and providing additional information when necessary. Some promotional methods will be designated by the system as “special”. Special programs are linked to promotional methods and practices considered unique and require manual approval and acceptance by the Advertiser. CJ reserves the right to define any program as special.

  • Accurate Information All information heretofore, herein or hereafter supplied to Secured Party by or on behalf of Debtor with respect to the Collateral is and will be accurate and complete in all material respects.

  • Complete and Accurate Information Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information provided to HHS are current, complete, and accurate. This includes all statements and information in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response.

  • Complete Information The Disclosure Information (as defined in Section 11.16) provided by WTC for inclusion in the Prospectus and the Preliminary Prospectus is true and accurate in all material respects.   • Balance Information Any minimum deposit to open an account, and the minimum daily balance you must maintain to avoid service fees and to earn the annual percentage yield stated for your account is set forth in the Schedule.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made. The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, any notification pursuant to the foregoing provision will not cure or remedy the effect of the prior untrue statement of a material fact or omission of any material fact nor shall any such notification have the effect of amending or modifying this Agreement or any of the Schedules hereto.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.

  • Rate Information The County Benefits Division will make health and dental plan rate information available upon request to employees and departments. In addition, the County Benefits Division will publish and distribute to employees and departments information about rate changes as they occur during the year.
