The coach should acknowledge that the representative has represented other individuals in the area of coaching contracts and marketing- business opportunities as part of representative’s business which at times will be in competition or conflict with the representation of coach. However, the coach acknowledges that the execution of the Representation Agreement shall not restrict the representative to continue such activities.

  • Organizational Conflict of Interest The guidelines and procedures of FAR 9.5 will be used in identifying and resolving any issues of organizational conflict of interest at the Order level.
