Acknowledgement of Asbestos Hazard. By executing this Addendum, Tenant acknowledges that Tenant is aware that asbestos materials are hazardous to one's health, specifically and particularly if asbestos fibers are released into the air and inhaled. Tenant further acknowledges that Owner has warned Tenant that the Premises or Community may contain asbestos.
