Acknowledgement of Necessary Approvals. The Conservator acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement, the Rehabilitation Agreement, the Assumption Endorsement, the Service Agreement and all related agreements concerning the transactions contemplated by these agreements, are subject to any necessary internal IA American approvals and that this Agreement is null and void without such approvals.
