Common use of Acknowledgment of Assignment and Charge Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Assignment and Charge. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure that as soon as practicable after each other party to the Contracts and the KfW Refund Guarantees receives a Notice of Assignment or a Notice of Charge, as the case may be, such other party shall deliver to the Collateral Agent an Acknowledgment of Assignment or an Acknowledgment of Charge, as the case may be, in substantially the form attached hereto or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.
