Acknowledgment of Commencement Date. In the event the commencement date of the term of the Lease is delayed beyond the One Hundred Twenty (120) Days described in Article 3.2 or if the commencement date is to be determined pursuant to Article 3.3, then Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the dates of commencement and termination of the Lease and shall attach it to the Lease as an Exhibit.
