Acknowledgment of Commencement Date. In the event the Lease Commencement Date of the term of the Lease is delayed beyond the sixty (60) days described in preceding section, then Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the dates of commencement and termination of the Lease and shall attach it to the Lease as an Exhibit.
