Acknowledgment of Non-Liability. BNY Mellon hereby acknowledges that (i) the Agreement is executed on behalf of each Fund by officers of the Funds in their capacity as officers and not individually and (ii) any obligation of a Fund hereunder is binding only upon the assets of the Fund and shall not be binding upon any other Fund or the trustees, officer, employee or agent of the Fund or any shareholder of the Fund.
