Assets of the Fund definition

Assets of the Fund means all the cash and authorised investments, including contributions received, belonging to the fund and without limiting the generality of the foregoing includes—

Examples of Assets of the Fund in a sentence

  • Title to Assets of the Fund - All assets of the Fund shall, at all times, be considered as assets held by the Trustee vested solely in the Trustee.

  • Co-managed Assets of the Fund shall, as the case may be, only be co-managed with assets intended to be invested pursuant to investment objectives identical to those applicable to the co-managed Assets in order to ensure that investment decisions are fully compatible with the investment policy of the Fund.

  • Assets of the Fund may also be held in interest-bearing accounts at a bank or trust company, including the custodian, invested in guaranteed investment certificates or invested in Canadian short-term debt obligations.

  • Assets of the Fund may also be invested in units of common funds or alternative investment funds managed by the Management Company, but no subscription or redemption fees shall be charged to the Fund in relation to same.

  • Assets of the Fund may be commingled for purposes of investment with other assets of ACF.

  • The Fund shall be treated as an entity separate and distinct from its constituent assets and from the contributions of the participants thereto and from other trust accounts administered by the Trustee.Title to Assets of the Fund - All assets of the Fund shall, at all times, be considered as assets held by the Trustee vested solely in the Trustee.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Alternative Investment Vehicle means an entity created in accordance with the Operative Documents of a Borrower to make investments and that has the right to call on Capital Commitments directly from Investors.

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Investment Vehicle means a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, association, or other entity, either domestic or foreign, managed by an external manager in which a board is the majority investor and that is organized in order to invest with, or retain the investment management services of, other external managers.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;
