Common use of ACQ Clause in Contracts

ACQ. Subject to Sections ‎4.4.3, ‎4.4.4, ‎5.1.2 and ‎5.1.3, Buyer’s annual contract quantity of LNG under this Agreement (the “ACQ”) for each Contract Year shall be one hundred fifty-six million five hundred and ten thousand (156,510,000) MMBtu.

ACQ. Subject to Sections ‎4.4.3, ‎4.4.4, ‎5.1.2 5.1.2 and ‎5.1.35.1.3, Buyer’s annual contract quantity of LNG under this Agreement (the “ACQ”) for each a given Contract Year shall be fifty-two million one hundred fifty-six million five hundred and ten seventy thousand (156,510,00052,170,000) MMBtu.

ACQ. Subject to Sections ‎4.4.3, ‎4.4.4, ‎5.1.2 and ‎5.1.3, Buyer’s annual contract quantity of LNG under this Agreement (the “ACQ”) for each a given Contract Year shall be one hundred fifty-and fifty six million five hundred and ten thousand (156,510,000) MMBtu.

ACQ. Subject to Sections ‎4.4.35.1.2, ‎4.4.4, ‎5.1.2 5.1.3 and ‎5.1.35.1.4, Buyer’s annual contract quantity of LNG under this Agreement (the “ACQ”) for each any given Contract Year shall be fifty-two million one hundred fifty-six million five hundred and ten seventy thousand (156,510,00052,170,000) MMBtu.
