Start-Up. With Owner’s personnel, direct the check-out of utilities, operations, systems and equipment for readiness and assist in their initial start-up and testing by the subcontractors.
Start-Up. Architect shall also provide, at the District’s request, architectural/engineering advice to the District on start-up, break-in, and debugging of facility systems and equipment, and apparent deficiencies in construction following the acceptance of the contractor's work.

Additionally, Construction Contractor shall coordinate, participate and, if directed by Owner, conduct an Owner system-wide commissioning process reasonably satisfactory to Owner in form and content as an express condition precedent to its entitlement to final payment.
Start-Up. Missing yields are filled in with the historical average yield for the townships in which the farm is located. If the Insured does not have any yield records available, Coverage will be based entirely on the historical average for the township(s) where the farm is located.
Start-Up. Upon final execution of this Contract with District, Consultant shall: Within the first week following execution of this Contract, review the proposed Project Schedule set forth in Exhibit C and prepare a detailed Services list and work plan to District’s satisfaction. Consultant shall also identify milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by District and by all regulatory agencies. Review the developed work plan with District and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications.
Start-Up. Within the first year of ministry, UUA Congregational Life Staff will be consulted on whether a start-up consultation or retreat for the Minister, Board, appropriate staff, and the Committee on Ministry (or its equivalent), would be helpful as leadership continues to explore the history, culture, and norms of the Congregation, discuss the sharing of power, authority, and responsibilities, develop goals for the coming year(s), and begin planning for the periodic review and renewal of the ministry of the Congregation.3
Start-Up. (a) Xxxxxx Beaumont shall provide, subject to any applicable approvals of the Associations and the Client (as required), complete the Start-Up on the date specified in the applicable Program Schedule, or at such other date as may a date to be mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx Beaumont and Client (the “Scheduled Start-Up Date”). To the extent that Xxxxxx Beaumont and Client mutually agree, the Scheduled Start-Up Date may be modified from time to time prior to Start-Up.
(b) Client will (i) use all reasonable resources, including the assignment of adequate personnel to assure timely performance of those functions required of Client under the Start-Up, and (ii) cooperate with Xxxxxx Beaumont so as to enable Start-Up to be completed on or before the Scheduled Start-Up Date.
(c) Xxxxxx Beaumont will use all reasonable resources, including the assignment of adequate personnel to assure timely performance of those functions required of Xxxxxx Beaumont under the Start-Up so as to enable Start-Up to be completed on or by the Scheduled Start-Up Date.
(d) With respect to each Program Schedule, following the successful completion of the Start-Up, Client agrees to pay the Start-Up Fee as provided for in the Program Schedule. In addition, each Party shall be responsible for and pay all costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the Start-Up.
Start-Up. The Startup retreat/gathering will vary in format depending upon individual circumstances including choice of outside facilitator. In addition to a Congregational Life staff member, others who might be consulted include the Transitions Coach who worked with the congregation and a UUMA Good Officer.
Start-Up. Oak Brook is a start up company and has had no sales, has not conducted operations, and does not now have or ever had any debt for borrowed funds, any inventory or employees.
