ACQUIRED CORRESPONDENTS. In addition, except for services for finance, conversions, legal/compliance, sales/relationship management and risk management (which services shall be provided by Client Local Affiliate), following the Schedule Effective Date and until such time that Client Local Affiliate is completely converted to the Broadridge platform, Ridge Local Affiliate shall provide all Services to Client Local Affiliate hereunder in a substantially similar manner and in accordance with the Service Levels that Ridge Local Affiliate provided with respect to the Acquired Correspondents prior to the Schedule Effective Date.
