ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Mobridge has made the required cash payments and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Mobridge, and Mobridge shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 100% interest in and to the Claim.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. 6.1 At such time as Xxxxxxx has made the required actions in accordance with paragraph 3 and 4 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxx shall have thereby, acquired a 100% interest in and to the Property subject to the conditions precedent below in paragraph 6.2. Upon the exercise of the Option, the Optioner shall forthwith provide Xxxxxxx with such documents as Xxxxxxx and its counsel shall require to register its due interest in respect of the Property. Until the Option is exercised, Xxxxxxx shall provide the Optioner with all exploration data it receives with respect to the Property, including all technical reports.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. 8.1 At such time as MAX has paid the Option Exercise Price, within the time periods specified herein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by MAX, and MAX shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 100% beneficial right, title and interest in and to the MANHATTAN Claims. Upon the exercise of the Option, Vendor shall assign all of its rights to the MANHATTAN Claims to MAX and agrees to perform all reasonably necessary acts to register MAX’s beneficial right, title and interest to the MANHATTAN Claims with the State of Nevada.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Auric has made the required share issuance and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Auric, and Auric shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired a 100% interest in and to the Property. Upon the exercise of the Option, the Optionors shall forthwith provide Auric with such documents as Auric and its counsel shall require to register its due interest in respect of the Property. Until the Option is exercised, Auric shall provide the Optionors with all exploration data it receives with respect to the Property, including all technical reports.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Palomine has made the cash payment and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Palomine, and Palomine shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 80% interest in and to the Claim. Upon the exercise of the Option, Xxxxxx shall transfer title to the Claim to Palomine.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Heritage has made the required cash payments and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Heritage, and Heritage shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 100% interest in and to the Property.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. 7.1 The Property shall include, in addition to the NUSTAR Claims described in Schedule “A” attached hereto, any claims registered by MAX or by NUSTAR, their directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants which are contiguous to the NUSTAR Claims or within a one (1) mile radius of the NUSTAR Claims and shall further include any claims which are contiguous to the NUSTAR Claims or within a one (1) mile radius of the NUSTAR Claims which MAX or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants have an interest, including a pecuniary interest.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Northern has made the required cash payment and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Northern, and Northern shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 90% interest in and to the Claim.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as Scala has made the required cash payments and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by Scala, and Scala shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 100% interest in and to the Claims.
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN THE PROPERTY. At such time as TAMARACK has made the required share issuance, cash payment and exploration expenditures in accordance with paragraph 4.1 herein, within the time periods specified therein, then the Option shall be deemed to have been exercised by TAMARACK, and TAMARACK shall have thereby, without any further act, acquired an undivided 100% interest in and to the Claims.
