Common use of Acquisition of Land and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Land and Improvements. The Company shall prior to or concurrently with the issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds lease to the Issuer the Land described in Schedule I and such of the Improvements as are then completed, installed or in progress. The Company shall also concurrently with such conveyance make provisions for the discharge of any liens or encumbrances incurred by it or others in connection with the construction, installation, furnishing or equipping of the Improvements other than Permitted Encumbrances.

Acquisition of Land and Improvements.
