ACQUISITION OF SITE, TRANSPORTATION, AND CONSENTS. 5.1 Acquisition by the Company of Site. The Company has identified the Site and has entered, or will enter into, the Lease on terms satisfactory to the Company and in compliance with the Laws of Liberia. The Lease shall, pursuant to its terms and subject to the Lenders’ rights under the Security Package, be assignable by the Company to the GOL (or any Public Sector Entity designated by the GOL) without the prior written consent of the lessor for the purposes of Sections 3.2 and 18.4.
