Acquisition Price for the Equity Interest. The purchase price payable by Purchaser to Seller for the Equity Interest on the Closing Date (the “Acquisition Price”) shall be the amount set forth in Schedule 2 attached hereto. The Acquisition Price for the Equity Interest shall be payable by Purchaser in lawful dollar currency of the United States of America in the manner contemplated by, and to Seller’s account specified in, paragraph (b) of this Section 2.2.
