Across the Board Adjustments Sample Clauses
The "Across the Board Adjustments" clause allows for uniform changes to be made to certain terms or conditions throughout an entire contract or set of agreements. In practice, this means that if a specific rate, fee, or obligation needs to be increased or decreased, the adjustment will apply equally to all relevant parties or contract items, rather than being negotiated individually. This clause ensures consistency and fairness in the application of changes, streamlining administrative processes and preventing disputes over selective or uneven modifications.
