Base Salary Adjustments. Executive’s Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually in accordance with the Company’s customary practices for its executives. The Board or a committee thereof may make such adjustments, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion; provided, however, in no event shall the Company pay Executive a Base Salary of less than $200,000, unless the change to Executive’s Base Salary was applicable to the annual base salary of all senior executives of the Company in substantially the same manner.
Base Salary Adjustments. Salary dollars will be distributed as follows:
a) For 2017-2018, each returning faculty member with overall satisfactory performance shall receive a one and one-half (1.5%) percent increase above the prior year base salary.
b) For 2018-2019, each returning faculty member with overall satisfactory performance shall receive a one and one-half (1.5%) percent increase above the prior year base salary.
c) Faculty earning new doctorates will be awarded an additional three thousand dollars ($3,000) upon receipt by the Human Resources Director/AVP of official transcripts or sufficient documentation from the awarding institution indicating the awarding of the degree. New doctorates must be completed and official transcripts received prior to September 1st of the contract year in order to receive additional compensation. The additional compensation shall not be included in the faculty member’s prior year base salary for the purpose of salary increases under sections a) and b) above.
d) Faculty members receiving promotion to a new academic rank shall either advance to the rank base salary floor or receive an additional three thousand dollars ($3,000) to his or her annualized salary, whichever is higher. Comparison with rank base salary floor will occur after application of salary increases as per sections a), b), and c) above. The amount of this award will not be included in the faculty member’s prior year base salary for the purpose of salary increases under sections a) and b) above.
e) There will be an increase in rank base salary (promotion base or minimum) for 2017-2018 and for 2018-2019 as noted below. The increase would be lost if the total number of stores declines below the thresholds indicated above. For example, if the store number is 50, then a 10.00% increase applies for the remainder of the term unless the store number would drop to 49 or less, then the original Base Salary ($70,000) would apply.
Base Salary Adjustments. (1) Effective March 27, 2016, there shall be an increase in the base salary of each eligible Member of 1.50%.
(2) Effective March 26, 2017, there shall be an increase in the base salary of each eligible Member of 1.50% (based on a combined 1.0% General Salary Increase and 0.5% Market Adjustment).
(3) Effective March 25, 2018 there shall be an increase in the base salary of each eligible Member of 1.50%.
(4) Effective March 24, 2019, there shall be an increase in the base salary of each eligible Member of 2.00%.
(5) Effective March 22, 2020, there shall be an increase in the base salary of each eligible Member of 1.00%.
(6) Any Member whose salary on April 1 of a given year is below the new floor after implementation of the base salary adjustments described in 28.03 and applicable floor adjustments described in 28.02, shall have their salary raised to the new floor applicable to their rank.
