Acting or Relieving Principals. 3.11.1 When a permanent teacher acts in the position of principal in the same school for a period of more than two (2) school weeks, payment for the period concerned shall be an allowance representing the difference between her/his salary and the minimum rate applicable to the principal’s position but shall not be less than the rate of salary in the employee’s own permanent position.

  • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract.
