Related to Base Salary Scales

  • Salary Scales 1. In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay the Executive annual base salary (the "Base Salary") at the annual rate no less than the rate of base salary in effect as of the Effective Date. Base Salary shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payroll practices. The Management Compensation Committee of the Board (the "Compensation Committee") shall review Base Salary for the purpose of increasing it in accordance with its normal review procedures.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Annual Base Salary For all of the employment rendered by Executive to the Bank and to the Company, the Bank will pay Executive an annual base salary of $215,000.00 (the “Annual Base Salary”). Executive’s Annual Base Salary will be payable in equal installments in accordance with the practice of the Bank in effect from time to time for the payment of salaries to officers of the Bank, but in no event less than bi-monthly, and may be increased or decreased during the Term.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Basic Salary Schedule The salaries of the members of the facilities and maintenance bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and made part of this Agreement.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Salary Sacrifice (a) Where an Employee wishes to have their pay salary sacrificed for additional superannuation, the Employer will comply with the Employee’s request without unreasonable delay and consistent with any relevant statutory requirements.
