Common use of ACTING PAY ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

ACTING PAY ASSIGNMENT. A. Whenever Management assigns a non-supervisory employee as an acting on-site supervisor in the temporary absence of a full-time supervisor, such employee shall become eligible for additional compensation upon completion of a qualifying period of 15 consecutive working days in such assignment at his/her regular rate of compensation. Paid or unpaid absences of more than three days during a qualifying period shall extend the qualifying period by the length of the absence.
