Acting Pay Qualifying Period. When an employee is directed to temporarily perform the full duties of a position in a classification having a higher salary range for a period of more than ten (10) continuous working days, the employee shall receive acting pay retroactive to the first day. Acting Pay is to be calculated as established in Article 28.04.
