Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. The Board shall provide without cost to the employee’s life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance in the amount of $35,000.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. The Board shall provide without cost to teachers life insurance protection which shall pay to the employee’s designated beneficiary upon death $35,000 and Accidental Death and Dismemberment protection in the amount of $35,000. The Board will provide a $3,000 death benefit made payable to the employee’s beneficiary or estate with the following restrictions:
1) ten (10) consecutive years in the Erie School District
2) must retire into the Public School Employees’ Retirement System
3) payment of death benefits shall be based on the contractual amount in effect at the time of retirement.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment. The benefit will be two times (2x) annual salary to the next one thousand dollars ($1000). The plan shall include provision for conversion at the time of retirement or termination.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. §1 The Hospital will continue to provide full-time and part-time employees with regularly scheduled hours of forty (40) or more per pay period life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment plans in accordance with the CNE Flexible Benefit Plan.
