Acting Supervisor. An employee appointed on an acting basis to a position having supervisory responsibilities shall not be required to conduct disciplinary interviews with employees in the bargaining unit.
Acting Supervisor. Where an Employee is appointed to replace a Supervisor, a responsibility allowance will be paid for the entire period the Employee is replacing such Supervisor. The Employee will be expected to assume the full duties of the Supervisor except he/she will not be required to administer discipline. Premium Rate of Pay effective September 1, 2011: $3.09/hour
Acting Supervisor. An employee who is temporarily designated as acting supervisor in the absence of the Supervisor shall:
A. Remain an employee in the bargaining unit during the period of such assignment for seniority purposes;
B. Receive no change in pay during the first ten (10) continuous work days in such acting supervisor assignment; and
C. Receive an adjustment in pay commensurate with the additional duties, as determined by the Superintendent and/or his/her designee for each hour worked in the acting supervisor assignment retroactive to the first hour worked if the employee works in such acting supervisor assignment for over ten (10) continuous work days.
Acting Supervisor. When the Park Supervisor or Supervising Naturalist is scheduled for a normal day off and there are 2 or more regularly scheduled employees, an acting supervisor will be designated.
Acting Supervisor. 24.01 When an employee is assigned to act as or relieve a Xxxxxxx or Department Manager, he shall receive his straight-time rate plus $1.00 per hour for all hours performing such duties.

Acting Supervisor. An Assistant Supervisor who performs the duties of a Shift Supervisor for ninety (90) or more consecutive days shall be paid wages of the higher job classification for all the time he/she performs work in the higher classification; Provided,
1. That the referred-to ninety (90) days shall relate to consecutive work days for each separate and specific incident or work project.
2. Pre-approval is obtained from the Director prior to each separate and specific incident or work project.
3. The employee working out-of-class is performing the scope of duties principally ascribed to the higher-level classification.
