Action for Unauthorized Use. The CFNSB and the Council on Foundations reserve the right to take action against Sub- licensee for any unauthorized use of the Marks. Sub-licensee acknowledges that if it engages in any unauthorized use of the Marks, its right to continue using the Marks shall cease immediately, that irreparable injury will occur if its use continues, and that the CFNSB and/or the Council on Foundations shall be entitled to temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, plus an award for damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to such unauthorized use or reference to the Marks, including filing and obtaining the injunctive relief described above.

Action for Unauthorized Use. The National Standards Board and the Council on Foundations reserve the right to take action against Sub-licensee for any unauthorized use of the Marks.   • Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.
