Common use of Action of Managers Clause in Contracts

Action of Managers. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by the NRS, the action of a majority of the Managers is valid and shall bind the Company. A meeting at which a majority of the Managers is initially present may continue to transact business, notwithstanding the withdrawal from the meeting of any Manager, if any action taken is approved by a majority of the Managers.
