Action to Protect the Government’s Interest. 1. The Recipient agrees that the inventing Project Participant will execute or have executed and promptly deliver to Advanced Technology International all the instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those subject inventions to which the Project Participant elects to retain title, and (ii) convey title to the Government when requested under paragraph D of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that subject invention.
