Action upon Approval. Upon approval of the Final Plat by the Planning Commission, the subdivider/developer shall present the original and one paper copy of the plat for signing by the Planning Commission secretary. The subdivider/developer shall then provide the signed copies to the town recorder or his/her designated representative for filing in Town Hall.
