Plat Approval. The City shall, upon receipt of the Letter of Credit, approve the final plat of the Subdivision and cause the same to be signed, acknowledged, and delivered to Developer.

Plat Approval. The City Council shall approve the proposed final plat of [name of plat] [and approve by metes-and-bounds description of those parts of Developer’s lands which are not included within the proposed plat] and release the plat and other recordable instruments to Developer for recording when all of the subdivision and title requirements of the Columbus City Code have been met by the Developer, and when all fees, deposits, and bonds have been properly paid or delivered to and accepted by the appropriate City officials. This Development Contract affects, encumbers, and otherwise concerns the lands described on the attached Exhibit[s] “A” [and “B”?].

Since the timing of final plat approval depends upon the Developer’s performance of this agreement, Developer waives all plat approval deadlines which may accrue by law or by the City Code. This Development Contract affects, encumbers, and otherwise concerns the lands described on the attached Exhibit[s] “A” [and “B”?].
Plat Approval. A. Plat Approval Procedure The Village will not complete the approval process for the Final Plat of the Subdivision until all of the following have been completed: 1. Payment by the Developer of all amounts that are due prior to plat approval under this Agreement. 2. The date this Agreement becomes effective. 3. Upon either acceptance of dedication of the improvements described in this Agreement, or upon the filing with the Village Clerk and acceptance by the Village of a satisfactory financial guarantee in accordance with Section III(A) for such purpose in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. B. Risk of Proceeding with Improvements before Approvals of Final Plat If the Developer proceeds with the installation of public improvements or other work on the site prior to the approval of the Final Plat, it proceeds at its own risk as to whether the Final Plat will receive all necessary approvals. Prior to commencing installation of public improvements or other work on the site, Developer shall notify the Village of the Developer’s intention to proceed with installation of public improvements or other work on the site prior to approval of the Final Plat. Additionally, Developer shall make arrangements to have any public improvements or other work on the site inspected by the Village.
Plat Approval. Additionally, Buyer's obligation to purchase the property is expressly subject to and contingent upon the BUYER, at BUYER'S expense having the subject property replatted by the City of Dallas into a Platted Lot acceptable to the Buyer. Such approvals shall consist of (a) a favorable recommendation of the preliminary plat by the City Plan Commission of the City of Dallas, and (b) a favorable vote by the Dallas City Council, if required. Seller agrees to use his best efforts and to cooperate fully with the Buyer in the plat applications and approvals. BUYER shall have 90 days from the date of execution of this contract by both parties to complete the platting of the property. In the event the property plat has not been approved by the city within 90 days from the effective date of this contract and any extensions thereof, then at the option of the Buyer by giving written notice to Seller, this Contract shall terminate and the Earnxxx Xxxies shall be promptly refunded to the Buyer, unless it shall be otherwise agreed to in writing by the Buyer and Seller.
Plat Approval. (A) Plat Approval of the Redevelopment Property into large development tracts and open spaces/common areas in a configuration generally consistent with the Concept Plan, shall be a Purchase Condition Precedent. (B) In the event that Plat Approval as set forth above has not occurred prior to the date set for Closing herein (subject to extension in accordance with Section 6.01 hereof), or, Plat Approval has occurred, but the plat of the Redevelopment Property or any of the terms and conditions thereof are not acceptable to the Developer in its sole discretion, the Developer shall have the option of either (1) waiving this Purchase Condition Precedent, or (2) canceling this Agreement, whereupon the Deposit shall be retained by the County and the parties shall be released from any further rights or obligations hereunder.

Prior to submission of a Final Plat, Construction Plans shall have been approved in accordance with this Article and all required improvements including, but not limited to streets, sewer and water lines, surface and subsurface drainage shall be installed, inspected and approved by the Town.
