Action upon Termination of Retailer’s Contract. The rights and remedies provided in this Contract are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided to the Parties by Laws or Rules. Any termination of this Contract is without prejudice to any obligations or liabilities of either Party accrued prior to termination.
