Compensation Changes. The Company has not granted any increase in the base compensation of any of its directors, officers, and employees;
Compensation Changes. During the Contract Term Lottery shall not decrease the compensation rates paid for the sale of Lottery Tickets and Shares without Retailer’s consent, unless (i) the Rules are amended to provide for a decrease, (ii) Lottery Games or their sales are at any time prohibited, limited, or restricted by law, or (iii) Lottery’s administrative expenses exceed 16% for all Games in violation of the Oregon Constitution. In such cases, Lottery will have the right, at any time, and in any manner, to revise the compensation rates paid pursuant to this Contract. No charge, change, or imposition of any fee shall be considered a reduction in compensation rates for purposes of this Subsection.
Compensation Changes. Changes to Fees, Service Contract Ranges, Sessional Contract Rates, Salary Agreement Ranges and other fees over the term of this Agreement are set out or provided for in Appendix F.

MetLife reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter or amend the compensation payable to Broker under this Agreement and any such change will be effective for compensation payable on or after the effective date of such change. Compensation Changes. During the Term of this Agreement, and not more often than once a year, the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department, or his designee, may authorize modifications to SJCC’s Compensation Rate (i.e., amendments to Exhibit E), if SJCC provides sufficient justification for the prevailing increase, as reasonably determined by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department, or his designee. The increase will be documented by written amendment to Exhibit E. At no time, however, shall the Maximum Compensation Level of $1,000,000 be exceeded for the Term, regardless of any Compensation Rate increases or adjustments.
