Actions by General Partner Sample Clauses

Actions by General Partner. Any action of the General Partner to enforce or otherwise cause the Partnership to comply with the provisions of this Section 7.1 shall not be deemed to be a breach of any fiduciary duty otherwise owed to the Partners and shall not require the Consent of any Limited Partner.
