Visits by Union Representatives. 9 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of 10 State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, 11 Staff Representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper 12 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 13 during working hours to conduct Union business. The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

Visits by Union Representatives. 22.01 Union duties and activities will not be carried on during hours of employment except that the business agent or other known executive of the Union may, after making the employee’s presence known to the Manager, or the employee’s appointee, enter the store during business hours to observe the performance of this agreement, and to interview employees for the purpose of hearing grievances. It is understood that such visits will be timed to cause as little disruption as possible to the normal conduct of business. It is further understood that representatives of the Union will comply with Company regulations and restrictions.

Visits by Union Representatives. The business agent or any authorized representative of the Union may visit the stores of the Employer at any time during business hours for the purpose of interviewing or observing the employees or for the purpose of conferring with the Employer.

Visits by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that Union representatives, or any other Union officials not employees of the University, shall have full and free access during working hours to visit or inspect a work area, (subject to all applicable safety, privacy, or confidentiality considerations, which will not impede the Union’s right to have access), investigate grievances and workplace related complaints, and/or meet with University representatives. It will be the responsibility of the Union official or local Union officer to inform the Director, Labor Relations (or designee) in writing of any intended meeting or visit. Such notice must be provided at least one (1) business day in advance, when possible, of the visit and must include the purpose of the visit and the area(s) and/or University representative(s) that will be visited.

Accredited representatives of the Union shall not disrupt the normal operation of any department.
