Actions By or Against Third Parties. A. In the event any claim is made or any action brought in any way relating to Agreement, other than an action between the City and the Contractor, the Contractor shall diligently render to the City without additional compensation all assistance which the City may reasonably require of the Contractor. B. The Contractor shall report to the Department in writing within five (5) business Days of the initiation by or against the Contractor of any legal action or proceeding in connection with or relating to this Agreement.
