Actions by the Service Provider or the Service Recipients. Unless otherwise specifically required by this Agreement, where the consent of or a determination is required by the Service Provider or any Service Recipient hereunder, the Parties shall be entitled to rely conclusively upon it having been given or taken, as applicable, if the Service Provider or such Service Recipient, as applicable, has communicated the same in writing.
