Common use of Actions of Household Members or Affiliated Individuals Clause in Contracts

Actions of Household Members or Affiliated Individuals. If any member of a Business Partner's immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Business Partner, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the Business Partner and Xxxxx may take disciplinary action against the Business Partner. Similarly, if any individual associated in any way with a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity (collectively "affiliated individual") violates the Agreement, such action(s) will be deemed a violation by the entity, and Xxxxx may take disciplinary action against the entity.
