Actions of TFC. No inspections of the Project or review of Deliverables by TFC shall reduce the level or extent of A/E’s responsibilities arising pursuant to this Agreement. Neither the approval and/or final acceptance of a Project or any Deliverables, nor the payment of any Invoice by TFC shall constitute or be deemed, a release of A/E’s obligation to perform and timely deliver the Professional Services and any Additional Services in accordance with the Standard of Care and this Agreement.
