Actions on Non-Business Days. If any payment is required to be made or other action (including the giving of notice) is required to be taken pursuant to this Agreement on a day which is not a Business Day, then such payment or action shall be considered to have been made or taken in compliance with this Agreement if made or taken on the next succeeding Business Day.
Actions on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment or delivery of any financial statement or report shall be due on a day that is not a Business Day, that payment or delivery may be made on the next succeeding Business Day but in the computation of interest on payments there shall be a charge for each day of extension.
Actions on Non-Business Days. If any action or notice is to be taken or given on or by a particular calendar day, and such calendar day is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be deferred until, and may be taken or given on, the next Business Day.
