Actions to Dismiss, Suspend or Demote. In any action to dismiss, suspend, or demote a permanent classified employee, the superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the employee and present him/her with a Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action which shall include the following: 29.2.1.1 The disciplinary action proposed. 29.2.1.2 A statement of the reason(s) for the proposed disciplinary action. 29.2.1.3 A copy of the specific charges and material on which the proposed action is based. 29.2.1.4 If it is claimed that an employee has violated a regulation of the Governing Board, a copy of such regulation. 29.2.1.5 A statement of the employee's right to a hearing on the charges and the time within which such hearing may be requested. 29.2.1.6 The signing and filing of the form which constitutes a denial of all charges and a demand for a hearing.
