Common use of Activated Carbon Capacity Generation Clause in Contracts

Activated Carbon Capacity Generation. The activated carbon capacity generation from (a) each MHF and the associated components of the Project will not be less than the number of tons/day/MHF set forth in Appendix C, and (b) the Project will satisfy the delivery rate, extraction rate, grinding and processing rate into storage silos, set forth in Appendix C, when corrected to design conditions and with each component relied upon functioning within its design limits and original equipment manufacture requirements (collectively the “Activated Carbon Production Requirement”).
