Active measures. Within the scope of its operations, the employer must carry out preventive and active measures to combat discrimination in its operations and otherwise promote equal rights and opportunities regardless of gender, transgender identity or expression, ethnic affiliation, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age. Employers and employees must work together on active measures.
