Active Membership. At any time, employees in the bargaining unit wishing to become members of the Association may authorize such deduction by filing with the District through the office of the Association, a signed and dated Denver Classroom Teachers Association Salary Deduction Authorization Form authorizing the District to deduct from the monthly earnings of each bargaining unit employee and to remit to the Treasurer of the Association, an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the dues required for membership in the organization or organizations specified in Article 21-2 above, unless that employee has revoked membership using the process outlined below. Such form shall include a waiver of all right and claim against the Board, the District, and the officers and agents thereof, for moneys deducted and remitted in accordance with the above paragraph; said deductions and remittances shall continue from year to year, unless teachers notify the District through the Association office and on an appropriate form, that they desire to discontinue or to change such authorization. It will be possible to revoke the dues deductions only during November 1 through November 15 of each school year. Only Association revocation forms will be honored by the District. Once a revocation form has been signed and properly processed, no further action is necessary on the part of the employee to terminate deduction of the membership dues.

Active Membership. The initial date of a partner(s) active membership shall be set as the date of the meeting when the new partner signs the Partnership Agreement and makes their initial contribution to the club. This meeting shall be no sooner than the meeting immediately following the date when all existing active members vote to accept the new partner. The initial date of active membership shall be used to determine the partners length of active membership. For instance, on the first anniversary date (calendar date) of the partner's active membership date, the partner will have accrued one year of active membership and so forth.
Active Membership. An Employee may first become an Active Member (begin active participation in the Plan) on the earliest date specified in Item L on which he is an Eligible Employee and has met all of the entry requirements selected in Item K. This date is the Member's Entry Date. Each Employee who was an active member under the Prior Plan on the day before the Restatement Date may become an Active Member under this Plan on the Restatement Date if he is still an Eligible Employee. The Member's entry date under the Prior Plan is deemed to be his Entry Date under this Plan. If a person has been an Eligible Employee who has met all of the entry requirements selected in Item K but is not an Eligible Employee on the date which would have been his Entry Date, he may become an Active Member on the date he again becomes an Eligible Employee. This date is the Member's Entry Date.
Active Membership. The initial date of a partner’s active membership shall be set as the date of the meeting when the new partner signs the Partnership Agreement and makes their required contribution to the Fund. This meeting shall be no sooner than the meeting immediately following the date when all existing active members vote to accept the new partner. The initial date of the active membership shall be used to determine the partner’s length of active membership. For instance, on the first-anniversary date (calendar date) of the partner's active membership date, the partner will have accrued one year of active membership and so forth. If a partner starts during the middle of the year, his/her returns calculation will be prorated using the start date of his/her active partnership.
Active Membership. Any business entity or individual engaged in the domestic or foreign manufacture of woodworking machinery, ancillary equipment or supplies and/or the sale of such machinery, equipment or supplies in North America and having a physical presence in North America shall be eligible to apply to become an Active Member of the Association. After approval of the application by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, the applicant may become an Active Member upon subscribing to the Association’s Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics and paying all fees and dues. Each Active Member shall be entitled to one vote on all matters presented to the Membership and shall designate in writing an owner, principal or senior executive as the person entitled to cast such Active Member’s vote.
Active Membership. All attorneys employed by the Agency must maintain, and provide evidence to the Agency of, their active continuous membership in good standing of the bar of any United States jurisdiction. Evidence of active membership shall be provided at the time of the annual performance appraisal.
Active Membership. The Tenant(s) agree to maintain Active membership in the Club as well as:
a. Attend at least four (4) general membership meetings within each calendar year, and
b. Attend at least two (2) scheduled Club cruises that are away from the PSYC Seattle location within each calendar year.
Active Membership. The church must properly and lovingly exercise church discipline upon those members who in the judgment of the Board of Elders have persisted in sinful behavior without demonstration of godly repentance (2 Corinthians 7:9-10). The purposes of church discipline are:
1. To maintain purity in the local church (1 Corinthians 5:6)
2. To deter sin in other members (1 Xxxxxxx 5:20)
3. And to seek after the spiritual well-being of the sinning believer by calling him or her to Biblical conduct in their way of living (Galatians 6:1). The procedure shall be according to Xxxxxxx 18:15-17, allowing reasonable time for repentance after every effort has been made to call, exhort, and admonish the person. Members of this church, and all other professing Christian who regularly attend or fellowship with this church, who err in doctrine or who engage in conduct that violates Scripture as determined by the Board of Elders, shall be subject to church discipline.
